Products and ingredients
How is La Sams grass jelly made?
Fresh grass-jelly leaves are washed and worked in a closed room, cooked the same morning at our central kitchen, then moved chilled to each store within the day. We never use pre-mixed powder, and any batch left at closing is discarded rather than held overnight.
What does the La Sams "three nos" mean?
No refined sugar in the jelly itself, no preservatives, and no artificial colouring. Sweetness comes from fruit, milk and natural syrup — and you can set the sugar level anywhere from 0% to 100%.
Is this suitable for people on a diet or with diabetes?
The grass jelly is low in calories and high in fibre, and you can order it at 0% sugar. It is a drink, though, not a medical product — if you are under treatment, please check with your doctor before drinking it regularly.
How long does the grass jelly keep?
Because we use no preservatives, the product is at its best within 24 hours and must be kept at 2–5°C. For jarred takeaway orders we recommend drinking them the same day.
Ordering and delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes — through the delivery apps, and directly via each store’s Zalo account. For nearby orders the store often delivers itself so the drink stays at the right temperature.
Can I order corporate gifts for the holidays?
Yes. The bird-nest, red-date and goji jars in glass are a frequent choice for gifting. We can print your own labels and box them to order; please allow at least seven days for more than 100 units.
Partnerships and events
Do you take bulk orders for events?
Yes. La Sams has served more than 200 events — corporate conferences, sports tournaments, film premieres and charity activities. Please allow at least 48 hours for bulk orders; we can jar the drinks, print labels in your branding and send staff to serve on site.

What are your opening hours?
Our Ho Chi Minh City stores open 07:00 – 22:30 daily, weekends included. Westminster, California opens 09:00 – 21:00 Pacific. During Tet we stay open throughout; the exact schedule is posted on our Facebook page.
